Custom Design

 Our design fee is based on the square footage of total

under-roof area & additional buildings.

Design fees are $2.50 Sq. Ft. (total under-roof) depending on complexity and size of home.

ATTN: Home Builders should inqure about builder discounts.

Final Working Drawings Include:

  • Floor Plan with Electrical. Plumbing & Framing
  • 4 Exterior Elevations & Roof Plans
  • Interior Elevations, Cabinet Details and Building Cross Section
  • Foundation Plan (to be engineered by others)
  • Other services available, please inquire

Payment Schedule:

  • 1/3 at initial consultation (no refunds once started)
  • 1/3 after preliminary design sketch approval
  • Balance upon completion of construction drawings

Changes to Plan: $100 per hour
Site Plan: $100-$150.00
Site Visit: $100 per hour
